He also runs White Space’s pro bono practice. He is a member of Helen & Douglas House's Corporate Advisory Group, a non-executive role supporting the world's first children's hospice and also holds an advisory position with The National Autistic Society. John holds a degree in History from Cambridge University, and professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

She holds an MSc, Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck and a PGDip, Psychology from Oxford Brookes University.
